The anticipated 3rd Quarter numbers are in and the East Idaho Real Estate market continues to grow at a steady pace.

As expected, the increases are not as high as they have been for the previous 3 Quarters.  The real estate market took a big jump the 3rd Quarter of 2011 and has continued to remain at that level for the past year.  Some markets are slightly down on transactions but overall the East Idaho Real Estate market is up 8% in the 3rd Quarter over 2011.

The market for new construction has increased, especially in Rexburg where the demand for housing has increased with the growth of BYU-Idaho.  Idaho Falls and Rigby have also seen a steady demand for new construction.
