With an increased demand for homes in the Rexburg area over the past 6 months it has caused us to have a lower than normal inventory of homes.  Typically the winter months are our slowest time of the year, except for this year.  As I reported last week, we have had a drastic increase in activity as compared to years past.  Currently there are only 100 single family listings in Rexburg and typically we will see an increase in listings as spring comes and the weather improves.  This year we don't seem to be seeing the increase in listings which has helped the prices level off and even increase in certain price ranges.
