Southeast Idaho is home to Yellowstone Bear World, a drive-thru wildlife park. The park offers you an authentic experience and a chance to see wildlife right outside your car window. You also have the chance to see Rocky Mountain Elk, Bison, White-tail Deer, Mule Deer, Rocky Mountain Goats, Moose and of course American Black Bear, Grizzly Bear and Gray Wolves. Bear World offers you the experience of having free-roaming wildlife of North American surrounding you as you drive your personal vehicle through the park.

If inside the car isn’t close enough, you can feed and pet the baby bear cubs! You have the once in a lifetime experience of bottle-feeding bear cubs. For an additional fee, Children and adults have the opportunity to help the staff feed the cubs up to 3 times a day. During your experience, you will go behind the scenes with the keeper staff for a first-hand experience. You will also receive a photo to remember the experience and your time spent with the cubs. A petting zoo, which is included in your admission price, is also available with over 1 acre of free roaming barnyard animals and birds. If we’re lucky a couple of bottle-fed deer fawns or elk calves will greet you in the petting zoo.

Also included with your admission are the Amusement Rides. There’s a Circus Train, Baja Buggy, Log Roll’r Coaster, Huckleberry Bounce, and Bear Affair. The rides are designed for children three and up but can be enjoyed by adults as well. Children under 36” must be accompanied by an adult. Ride tickets are included in normal admission. Amusement rides are open daily one hour after opening and one hour before closing times.

Yellowstone Bear World is located 5 miles south of Rexburg on US HWY 20, and is open 7 days a week 9AM to 6PM.
